Delete your Kizu account
You can request deletion of your Kizu account and its associated data here, even if you no longer have the app.
Request deletion by email
Email us from the address linked to your Kizu account. Say that you want your Kizu account deleted. We may ask you to verify that the account is yours before processing the request. Do not include passwords, bank details, or receipts.
Email privacy@kizu.inIf you cannot access your account email, write from an address where we can reach you and explain that you need help verifying ownership.
If you still have the app
Open Kizu, then go to Settings → Delete Account. You can export your data from Settings before requesting deletion.
What happens next
We will delete your account and associated application data within 30 days of account deletion. Backup copies, security logs, and legally required records may follow separate retention processes described in our privacy policy.
